Bush Lapa Gauteng North has two dealerships in the greater Gauteng area. One dealership is based in Centurion and the other just off Zambezi drive in the Northern Suburbs of Pretoria. Both branches have large showrooms with Bush Lapa Offroad caravans set up available for viewing and demonstrations. Bush Lapa Offroad Caravans are one of the top selling off-road caravans in South Africa. Bush Lapa Offroad Caravans are available in three different body sizes. Units range from the compact overlander smaller Gogga range, the Kewer, the Boskriek and the Miskruier, followed by the medium sized Baobab 2, 3 and 4 sleeper models, up to the flagship Ratel range, with 4 and 6 sleeper units. Our Story
A little history with regards to the two dealerships.
On their quest for an international, high quality camper that can be exported, Martin and Kobus started Bush Lapa Zambezi in 2015. Six months later Bush Lapa Paarl offered Martin and Kobus the opportunity to purchased the pre-existing Bush Lapa Centurion branch. These two dealerships grew into the largest and best performing dealerships, by far in South Africa and the northern suburb of Pretoria for the Bush Lapa brand. According to Bush Lapa Centurion and Zambezi's dealership agreement they service the whole of the old Transvaal, Free state, Botswana and Zimbabwe.

Martin Bezuidenhout
Managing Director (Centurion & Zambezi)

Martin studied Transport Economics and management at RAU and Business Administration and Management at Stellenbosch Business School. He was part of the logistics industry for 11 years, and departed as General Manager for a large well know distribution company. Martin started his own business. Having a keen love for the outdoors, camping and 4x4 way of life he decided to make it his career by joining one of the top Caravan manufacturers in 2004 running his own dealership. Later another dealership was added. The Pretoria dealership the top selling dealership nationally when he sold it in end 2014. He then remained with the brand to grow their visibility further in Australia, establishing Middle-east, Europe and US markets as Managing director.
Martin joined Bush Lapa with his partner Kobus Lubbe in 2015 and has been passionately growing their markets share and will continue doing so.
Ben Grobler
Workshop Supervisor

Ben started as a junior technician in the workshop. With his dedication and eagerness to learn he worked his way up the ladder and went from lead technician to being the workshop supervisor. Ben studied mechanics and is very passionate about cars, music and nature. His role as workshop supervisor is a great fit as Ben enjoys helping his fellow man.

With his attention to detail and perfection in workmanship, you are sure that your Bush Lapa is in good hands when it is being serviced or getting additional extras fitted.

Mitch Viljoen
Manager Bush Lapa Centurion

With a degree in graphic design, Mitch started his career in marketing at a very well-known 4x4 fitment center. He discovered his passion for sales there and worked his way up to being the manager for the branch. After 7 years in the 4x4 fitment industry, the opportunity to work as branch manager at centurion Bush Lapa arose in 2018. This is such a perfect fit as Mitch enjoys the outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting and 4x4-ing. He believes that any day in the bush is better than a day spend in the office.

Mitch is very passionate about the brand and what Bush Lapa has to offer their clients. He will continue delivering the best client service he possibly can.
